The Time to Act is NOW

“Habit is a cable; we weave a thread each day, and at last we cannot break it.” ―Horace Man

As humans, we are habitual to forgetting lessons learned in life. However, some lessons need to be hard-wired in our subconscious, never to be repeated. This is because the price we pay is too heavy at times. One such habit, a casual attitude towards covid norms, may mark the comeback of the harrowing times we, as humanity faced, in the first and second wave of Covid. Act now and stop being casual.

The casual attitude of people as I see nowadays gives me a scare. This prompted me to write a verse that was published today in the literary journal Indian periodical.
