Since the last two years, I have been trying to find ways and means to heal myself. One of those days, I stumbled upon an interesting way. The power of observation. This has become a part of my routine morning walk.
After 30 minutes of walk, I sit on a bench in the park and just observe the beauty of the nature around me. The squirrel savoring her hearty breakfast without having a care in the world.

It transforms me into an altogether different world. No wishes for the future. No worries of the past. Just the wonderful present. It really feels like a present. A gift of time from the Universe. A couple of minutes where you are completely mesmerized by the beauty surrounding you.
Forget not that the earth delights to feel your bare feet and the winds long to play with your hair.
Khalil Gibran
In those moments, your worries seem to melt away. One look at the poppy flowers and I can’t resist a smile. What a brilliant color. And still no pride. Just spreading its nectar and beauty to all who are around. Grounded at all times. Grateful to the soil and the Sun for nourishing it.

There’s so much to learn from every element of nature. What we just need is our willingness to listen and learn from it. Sharing todays cute observation with my readers with loads of love and wishes for a bright day.
Very nice
Reminds me of “एक चिड़िया, अनेक चिड़ियाँ। एक गिलहरी, अनेक गिलहरियाँ।”
Ha ha. Thanks for reminding of that lovely animation. Probably that could have been the childhood connect to nature.
