Hi everyone. Sorry for not having posted in a long time. Like most people, I was juggling the various roles in my life; to the extent that I was feeling like a burnout. Just wanted to share a small thought with you.
Today morning, I was arranging my drawer. I emptied it, removed whatever was no longer required and arranged what was of value.
It made me wonder if only we could do the same with our mind! Remove every thought, organize and retain whatever seemed useful and do away with what is no longer serving a purpose.
